Submariner Wood Sign with Bible Verse

 All sign orders starting January 2022 will have the mitered joint (diagonal) frames. 

Until you have stood on the sand or pier and watched your loved one pull away, praying for the safety of your sailor and the crew as you watch the sail slowly fade into the horizon and below the waters, you never truly understand the deep need for peace during those long months, lack of communication, and longing to see their feet back on dry sand. But take heart, no matter the depths, your sailor is serving the strongest and safest Navy in the world, and God will guide the commanding officer and crew.  

This "When you go through deep waters, I will be with you" submariner design was inspired by a request for "something for my best friend" when another submarine spouse reached out to me. She left it in my hands to gift her best friend with a birthday gift, and we both have discussed our faith and how it holds us up during difficult times, deployment or not. Thank you Nika for pushing me and giving me the fire to put this very special verse into a design. 

Size is approximately 12x24 and 16x8 inch for standard with raised wood letters and submarine on painted white Baltic birch wood. Each letter and word is hand painted, cut, and placed. Sign comes with detached hardware for hanging. 

2nd image is of 16x8 with thicker frame. All 12x24 farmhouse signs will have deeper framing. When not chose, stain will be the English Chestnut. 

Because of the natural imperfections of wood, there may be some pitting, small chips, natural dents, or imperfections in the framing. Keep in mind that wood does not always absorb stain the same way through the whole surface of the wood. How the frame is assembled my vary slightly between pieces in order to best hide any imperfections of wood.
