Refunds and exchanges are available on a case by case basis. Items are printed by order.

All Amazon.com orders are fully refundable upon return of product.

Certain items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges, such as custom items. Refunds and exchanges will only considered for printing errors or defects in product.
