Shipping and Returns

PROCESSING TIMES ARE DELAYED IN THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER DUE TO FUNDRAISER SEASON. PROCESSING TIMES WILL RESUME AFTER THANKSGIVING.

Refunds and exchanges are available on a case by case basis. Items are printed by order. Our wish is that you are 100% happy with your order. Please look over your order and contact us immediately if there is anything that did not meet your expectations. Thank you for being amazing! You matter and your satisfaction matters!  Certain items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges, such as custom items. Refunds and exchanges will only considered for printing errors or defects in product.  Please email us within 3 business days of delivery for any issues at support@savageandbird.com and let us help!   



When ordering multiple items, refer to the longest shipment time. 

Ornaments / Mugs / Tags : 5-6 BUSINESS DAYS
(slightly longer when ordering with a fundraiser)
Blankets / Towels / Shirts : 2-2.5 WEEKS
(3-3.5 WEEKS DURING HOLIDAYS)
Signs / Wooden Engraved Sets : 1-2 WEEKS
(3-3.5 WEEKS DURING HOLIDAYS)
Holiday Tags / Easter Tags : 1-2 WEEKS

ITEMS RUN AS A PREORDER OR SALE FOR NEW DROP ITEM MAY TAKE
2-4 WEEKS BEFORE GOING INTO PRODUCTION

Seasonal fundraisers (ie: ornaments) may be a few weeks. I always discuss time frames prior to placing an order. 

Peak order seasons (major holidays + Mother's/Father's Day) including the month of November (our fundraising month) may add additional processing days
